How long can I keep my rented outfit?
Our standard rental periods are 4 days or 8 days. If you need a longer duration for a special event or travel, please contact our support team for custom arrangements.
What happens if I accidentally stain or damage an item?
We understand that accidents happen. A small insurance fee is included in every rental to cover minor stains and replaceable damage. Significant damage or loss may incur additional repair or replacement costs.
Do I need to dry clean the clothes before returning them?
No, please do not attempt to wash or dry clean the items yourself. Our professional team handles all eco-friendly cleaning and sanitization processes to ensure every garment remains in pristine condition.
When should I book my outfit for an event?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure your size and style are available. You can schedule your delivery to arrive 1-2 days before your big event.
What is your return policy if the item doesn't fit?
If your rental doesn't fit, simply notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Return the item with the security tag attached, and we will issue a full credit note or ship out a replacement size if available.
How do I return my rental once the period is over?
Returning is easy. Place the item back in the original reusable packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided. Drop it off at any authorized courier location by noon on your return date.
